Our trusted logistics partners facilitate the secure transportation of diamonds between our partner vaults, which typically takes approximately 48 hours. Our partners will securely transport the stone between our offices.

You can choose to receive your diamond from one of our secure storage facilities located in Dubai, Hong Kong, or Singapore.

While the standard pickup locations are limited to our partner vaults, Diamore can accommodate delivery to other countries or cities on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that delivery to alternative locations is a paid option, and the associated costs will be fully covered by the platform user.
