# Intro

The Diamore financial model outlines how the diamond portfolio is formed and valued, how physical gemstones are converted into digital assets, and how investors generate income. Key elements of the model include the NAV (Net Asset Value) structure, tokenization mechanisms, discounting rules for valuation, issuance of digital tokens (ERC-20 and NFTs), use of tranches to separate risk levels, a portfolio strategy that includes different categories of diamonds, as well as staking, farming, and the issuance of stablecoins to generate yield.
